Hotel Info for players coming to May 20th Durham Event

Hello All

A reminder that the May 20th Checker event in Durham, N.C. is getting close.
We are expecting to have checker players coming from D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and possibly other places.
Some of us (including myself) are planning to come in on Friday, May 19th and stay overnight for this event.
PLEASE NOTE: The hotel address for Friday is NOT the same as the event address for Saturday
The Bull City President has made a deal with a motel to get our rooms for $89.00 per night. This is a fantastic price and I hope that many of the players will come on Friday, May 19th to have fun and to fellowship.
We are asking that all of the players who plan to come in on Friday will go ahead and make your reservations now. You will NOT be charged until you check in and if you need to cancel your reservations you may do so up until 24 hours before check-in without a penalty.
