   I am honored to offer my personal congratulations to the 2023 A.P.C.A. annual national tournament division winners.
   Let me again praise and congratulate all of the players who participated in our tournament this year and a special congratulations to Eddie McNair, who was the only American born player to finish in the top five places of the “Top Masters” division. (Eddie finished number five)
