A.P.C.A. "Master" player, Arthur Bell will celebrate his 80th birthday on Friday, September 9, 2023.
Arthur is a long time checker player and a long time member of the A.P.C.A.
He is also the husband of the A.P.C.A. secretary, Mrs. Linda Bell.
